Image Guidelines

Professional photos and graphics can be used with the photographer's or artist's permission (Custom Party Favors Copyright Release form). Once you place your order, e-mail your photo to info@sykessystems.com with order information.
We recommend scanning the photo at a minimum of 350 DPI at the full size you would like the photo to appear on your personalized party favors (preferably at least 1750 pixels x 1400 pixels.) For example, if your photo is half the size of our party favors than you would need to scan it at least double the resolution or over 700 DPI to ensure the best quality. We prefer high resolution JPEGs, TIFFs, PSDs, and AI files.

Due to differences that sometimes occur when photographs or digital images are e-mailed, the final image may not be an exact reproduction of your photograph. We suggest, if time permits, that you send a copy of the original photo by conventional mail, (Sykes Systems Creative LLC - 220 Targhee Town rd. - Alta, Wyoming - 83414) so the image can be scanned correctly and reproduced as closely as possible to the original. We assure you that your special graphics and photos will be returned unharmed along with your new Custom Party Favors!
